How long will it take for my brewing gear to arrive?

We process all orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.

What is your return policy on coffee machines and grinders?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee beans.

Do your electronic products come with a warranty?

Yes, all electrical brewing equipment, including espresso machines and precision kettles, comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team immediately via live chat or email with your order number.
